We had a great experience with Silcox Electric. Sam and his team were very responsive, prompt, and professional. We ultimately needed to replace our electrical panel, but they thoroughly inspected and diagnosed other potential issues with dimmers and breakers first to ensure that that was the right solution (since it was a larger project than we first expected). Everything was explained very clearly to us throughout. Sam even showed us the damage in our old panel as additional confirmation that the work was necessary. Sam called to discuss the job and he was very professional and detailed and we made an appointment right away. Rodney came out the next day to install two outdoor lights, including a motion detector floodlight.
